PROGRAMS & SCHEDULE

Our Approach
At Pilgrim Way Academy, our programs are designed to support families who want a deeply biblical, academically strong, and intentionally simple education for their children. We offer a structured weekly rhythm, small class sizes, and a collaborative model that brings school and home into partnership.

Grades Offered (2025–2026 School Year).
Classes will be combined with grouped ages. These groups are referred to as Forms.
-
Form 1- Grades K-2nd
-
Form 2 – Grades 3-5th
-
Form 3- 6th-10th

Eventually we plan on serving K-12th grade and plan to have 4 Forms. The fourth form will end up being High school years- Grades-9th-12th. Then Form 3 will be 6th-8th.

Weekly Schedule

On-Campus Days:
-
Tuesdays & Thursdays- Students attend class on-site for academic instruction, hands-on learning, group projects, and biblical discipleship.

Home Learning Days:

Mondays & Wednesdays- Parents teach at home using lesson plans provided by our teachers. These days are flexible and tailored to your family's rhythm.

Flex Fridays (Select Weeks):
These optional Fridays are used for enrichment, family service projects, community field trips, or additional discipleship opportunities. They are also a great time for families to rest, slow down, or dive deeper into areas of interest.

Curriculum & Teaching Style
We use trusted, time-tested curriculum that supports both academic excellence and biblical integration. Lessons are teacher-led on campus and parent-led at home, with detailed guides and weekly plans provided to parents.

We strive for a balance of rigor and rest — where children are challenged to grow but not overburdened by a pace that robs them of joy, wonder, or time with family.

Class Size & Atmosphere
Our classrooms are kept intentionally small to foster meaningful relationships and personalized attention. We aim to cultivate a peaceful, Christ-honoring atmosphere that feels more like family than factory. We are committed to only having 8-12 students per teacher.

A Word on Schedules
We recognize that every family is different, and flexibility is a gift. Home learning days do not need to mirror a traditional 8:00–3:00 schedule. Many families complete their schoolwork in the morning and use afternoons for play, service, reading, or rest.
You are not just checking boxes — you are discipling hearts.
And we’re here to support you every step of the way.
